Was doing my newspaper article just now and came across this paragraph which makes me laugh like crazy. To me, it's damn hilarious cause i can laugh at basically anything. Lols!
Mr Hidehiko Yamamura of the National Shoplifting Prevention Organisation, said: " They want somebody to talk to. If they get caught, they can talk to the police as they are very easy to catch."
